On the Front Page today, Cheyenne Bholla lets us know that: “Group works to encourage more Black people to get elected”. Ummm…. O.K. And then over on Page A4, Seyitan Moritiwon (someone new???) tells us about “Coalition launches Queer Vote Ontario initiative ahead of provincial election”. Really??? The article quotes some press release: “…queer organizations are chronically underfunded and many have had to rely solely on the support of volunteers to maintain critical services. This current situation is not sustainable for many organizations.” Oh, so it’s a money grab. Got it.
